Are You Feeling Fearful At Fifty? Read how these 6 tips can help you overcome your fears

I don't know about you but I have been feeling a lot of fear lately. I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday and we both agreed that the older we get the more fearful we have become.

We both also agreed that if we looked back to our forties there was no way we would have thought that we would be feeling so fearful in our fifties!

So what is it that creates this feeling of fear for us in our fifties?  In my opinion (please let me know if I have got this wrong!), I believe that once we reach 50 the inevitability of our life coming to an end becomes even more apparent. We get scared, we become more cautious about life and we start to worry about how we will live out our old age!

This is morbid I know and I definitely do not want to spend the rest of my life feeling fearful. I think however that when we reach our fifties we do need to acknowledge that fear will be with us even more so than before. That however is okay - we just need to acknowledge and master our fears so that we are able to live a life that is fulfilling, exciting and joyful.
